Go green in the holiday season by using solar lights. There are many new solar products on the market today to help you decorate your home and yard without using any electricity. With solar lights no more extension cords, no more high electric bills, and no more worries of turning the lights on and off. Traditional holiday lights can be a hassle. You always have to run extension cords all over the place or you have to make sure the lights are close to an electrical outlet. Also with traditional holiday lights will produce a huge electric bill. Solar holiday lights completely eliminates all of these hassles. Below you will found several different solar products to help you decorate your property and help the environment.

Tips

• Solar lights usually works straight out of the box. However, if the batteries are low up receipt, we recommend that the lights be placed in a sunny location to fully charge for up to 2-3 days before first use.
• Solar lights require at least 6 to 8hours of direct sunlight a day, the brighter and more direct the sunlight, the better the charge.
• Make sure there are no other light sources near by that can affect the photocell (solar panel), because if it is not dark enough the fixture may not automatically switch on. If the light flickers this could be a sign that there is a small light source causing the sensor to automatically switch on & off.
• Keep the solar panel clean of debris.
• With solar lights the more sun they receive during the day and the darker the area is at night the better they will perform.
